Hi, I'm Sue and I've always been fascinated by glass.
I began my journey creating individual glass items with Claire Williamson, and before long I was hooked! I love the different effects that this unique medium is capable of producing, with an infinitely variable range of colours, hues and textures.
From working with stained glass and my early dabbling with fused glass, I have studied with some great teachers, including Bob Leatherbarrow, Miriam Di Fiore and Brad Walker. My learning has taken me all over the UK, and to Portland, Oregon to the Bullseye Glass factory where I learned from the people who make the glass I favour. Along the way I've learned how to cut, fuse, stretch, mould, shape, blend, layer, slump, vitrigraph, flow and crush glass to obtain a wide range of items and pieces, all with their own unique touch.
These items make great ornaments, gifts and jewellery for anyone seeking the individual style of a hand crafted artwork. Some of these items are listed on this site. I hope that you enjoy owning your unique handmade glass artwork as much as I've enjoyed creating it.

My workshop is in Loughborough, Leicestershire. I use a variety of equipment, from a small kiln used for jewellery and Freeze n' Fuse items to a full-size Pro-fuser kiln which enables me to create larger items and panels.
